This is what it looks like in the apt most of the time:
There are some things I'm keeping (the Wii U, New 3DS and my Moto X, for example) but most everything has got to go.
Kirby is just an empty box, sadly...
Heres what it looks like when its spread all over the living room...
Thats a Launch Day Wii for anyone who cares, which means its a boot 1 console for bootmii. Its great for hacking and actually has an original Wiikey installed. You don't have to know what that means. It works just like any other Wii (even better actually). Its the first console I waited overnight for in line. The 2DS is on firmware 9.2. Again, you don't have to know what that means. It works like any other 2DS but if you know how to take advantage of the 9.2 firmware than this 2DS is very desirable. Lots of legit games installed on the sd card already. Super Mario 3d Land, Mario Kart 7, New Super Mario Bros 2 Gold Edition, Luigi's Mansion 2, Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing and Monster Hunter 4.
The 32x box is pretty beat up, but does contain a 32x and its two cables to connect it to a model 1 or 2 Genesis. The original Genesis box came from a garage sale and someone sharpied it with "Everything Here" "Works fine!".
The Nokia N-Gage was my actual cell phone for awhile. Its seen better days but should still play games. It was hacked to play things from MMC cards and I think I have pirated copies of all the games somewhere. The Atari 7800 has a modern replacement power supply ordered from a guy at AtariAge. The originals are notorious for dying.
These are loose Gameboy, Genesis, 32x, Dreamcast and a couple Turbo Grafx 16 games... The Sega Nomad works off a power supply but has no battery pack. Its also got a broken control pad that I keep thinking I could fix if I could just find a cheap donor Nomad. Not high on my priority list.
The loose NES, SNES and N64 shelves...
Now the rubbermaid containers! Sega had a good thing going with the black consoles. Slick. Its hard to see but theres a Sega model 1 Genesis, CD and 32x combo in there, a Master System, a Genesis model 3, black Sega Sports Dreamcast, wireless Saturn controllers, power cords and video cables. I'm not sure if there are enough power cables to go around but they're mostly interchangeable
This one has Intellivision model I and II, Super Pong and a loose Atari 7800 in there...
Atari 2600 with a dust cover, how cool is that?
Atari 2600, 5200 and 2600 Junior... I thought I had a Sears Telegames somewhere that was my main go-to Atari.
Model 2 SNES and NES, the Toaster model, along with wireless NES, SNES and Gamecube controllers. Lots of power cords, controllers and RF cables. I've got some loose Gamecube consoles in the other room and a SNES thats been modded to play Japanese game carts.
The next two are some of my favorites things ever. The Pioneer LaserActive laserdisc player with the Sega Pac that lets you play Genesis carts and Sega CD games, with the matching controller. I have one laserdisc game for this, Pyramid Patrol.
Then the JVC X'Eye which is a combination Genesis and Sega CD all in one and its matching controller. Its also got a mic input for karaoke discs! I've never played one but theres no copy protection on Sega CD games, so if I could find a copy online I could just burn it and play. I'm sure the song selection is terrible...
This is a sad thing to let go. ROB the Robot. I have most of his parts except for his hands for Gyromite. That means hes unusable as is, plus you need a CRT tv to get him to work just like the NES Zapper, Sega Phaser and the Master System 3-D Glasses.
And thats not even all there is. Theres another shelf of games and some things in the attic and in my father's garage. More pictures to come of gameboys and Atari games. Theres a Colecovision somewhere in its foam from its original box but no box.
